We are building AI features into real products for our clients: assistants that answer questions from a company's own documents, automations that take over repetitive back-office work, and AI capabilities inside mobile and web applications. We are looking for freshers who are genuinely curious about this work and want to learn it properly. You will work alongside senior engineers who review everything you build, so you learn how AI is taken from an experiment to something a client can rely on every day.

• Good programming fundamentals in Python, with an understanding of data structures and clean code.
• Working knowledge of how large language models are used through APIs, including prompting and handling their output in code.
• Understanding of core machine learning concepts: training and test data, evaluation, overfitting, and where a model is the wrong tool.
• Comfort with REST APIs and JSON, and the basics of connecting one system to another.
• Familiarity with Git and working in a shared codebase.
• Willingness to test your own work and to have it reviewed line by line.
• Clear written and spoken English, since you will read client documentation and write your own.
• Honesty about what a model can and cannot do, which matters more here than confidence.

• Any hands-on project with retrieval over documents, vector databases or embeddings, including academic or personal work.
• Exposure to SQL, pandas, or basic data cleaning.
• Interest in workflow automation and how software removes manual effort from a business.
